Chocolate presents a complexity of flavours and textures and to deepen your understanding, we are excited to welcome Rococo’s pairing specialist, Sam Smallman who will not only guide you through the tasting experience but also equip you with the skills to appreciate the complementary and contrasting pairing whilst identifying the flavour profile of each wine and chocolate flavour.
