chgbWe are delighted to introduce Marcin Ksiazka, our Head Chef at Grace. Bringing his passion and over ten years of experience in the industry, he uniquely transforms flavours and techniques into healthy cuisine complimenting Grace’s menus perfectly.

Chef Marcin’s passion for cooking was born over ten year’s ago, during his time in the Royal Household’s kitchen. His culinary journey continued to Ollie Couillaud’s French brasserie, Bord’eaux, in Grosvenor House. He then went on to work during two great restaurant openings in London at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel and Berners Tavern, where he sharpened his flavours under renowned Michelin Star Chef Jason Atherton.

Here at Grace Belgravia, Chef Marcin oversees Grace’s healthy food and drink offerings including The Grace Restaurant, Bar, Grace To Go, Grace Healthy Home Delivery and Your Grace catering. In his cooking, Marcin is an inspiration, placing great emphasis on combining nutritious ingredients and extraordinary flavours. He collaborates closely with our Nutritionists to create alkalising and balanced dishes to supplement a healthy lifestyle for our members and guests.
