By using the Website and purchasing products or services from our online store you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Grace Belgravia (“We”) reserve the right to change these Terms at any time so please be sure to review these Terms whenever you purchase items via our online store to ensure you are aware of the latest version. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for modifications to these Terms.

The content is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights and you are not permitted to copy or use the content in any way without our permission.

Unauthorised use of this website or any of the material contained in its screens may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.
Reservations can all be booked by telephone and email. Upon confirmation of an appointment or assessment a 24 hour cancellation policy will apply, and changes within that time, or no shows will be charged in full.

We reserve the right to correct and/or make changes to product descriptions, price, any errors or omissions or other documents or information made available by us or on the Website without liability. Any changes to price will not affect customer orders that have already been paid for.

We reserve the right to alter or suspend any aspect of our Website or the content or discontinue product lines available through it, including your access to it. Unless stated otherwise, any new features including new content, and/or the sale of new products shall be subject to these terms.

All statements given by us as to the authenticity, description, age, or condition of products constitute our opinion or the opinion of the producer (except that this shall not operate so as to exclude any liability that we cannot exclude under applicable law). We cannot guarantee that all products, services and event tickets described on our Website will be available. We will do out best to notify you if an item is unavailable. As there is a delay between placing your order and our acceptance of the order, an item may sell out after you have placed your order. We will not be liable for failure to provide the item and we will not charge you for the out of stock item or, where payment has already been taken, we will refund you in full.

Buying Items on our Website

To order a product, please follow the ordering procedure you are guided through on the relevant page.

Details of the price, procedures for payment, delivery and returns can all be found on this Website. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. The price of any product includes VAT but excludes any delivery charge. Details of where we deliver are contained in these Terms.

From time to time we may issue promotional codes. These are valid on new transactions only and may exclude certain products. In the event that a discount code is not accepted on an item we will endeavour to make this clear in the terms and conditions for that promotion. Please refer to those terms and conditions for all details of the promotion including exclusions and closing dates.

You can pay for products purchase on this Website by credit card, debit card or by Paypal at the time of the order. We must receive full cleared payment for an order before we dispatch your product or confirm the service. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance to you by electronic means (“Confirmation”) to the e-mail address you have given us upon ordering. We reserve the right to verify credit or debit card details and carry out any fraud prevention or credit checks as may be appropriate prior to Confirmation or dispatch of your order. We may refuse to provide Confirmation of an order if we have reason to believe that card information or other personal details you give us are incorrect or have been supplied fraudulently.

You agree that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products are correct, that the payment details which you use are your own and that there are sufficient funds on your chosen payment method to cover the total cost of your order.

Reselling of Products

Please note that all products available on our Website are for personal use only as a consumer. You may not advertise, sell or resell any of the products. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders where we believe you are breaching any of these Terms.

Information You Provide Personal Information means the details you provide to us when you use this Website and shop, including but not limited to your email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, product selections, credit card or other payment information and password.

Cookie Policy and to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our Website by us or our sub-contractors. If you obtain or choose to buy products through our Website then we may collect information about your buying behaviour and if you send us personal correspondence such as e-mails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with English law and any dispute relating to them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Grace Belgravia online store only offers delivery to UK residents. If you wish to make an international order, please contact the club. When you shop with Grace, we aim to have your items with you as soon as possible. Spa Gift Vouchers are sent via Royal Mail. There is no charge for this service.

All other items are sent with our delivery partner, DPD. All orders are tracked. Tracking details will be sent to you and you will be required to sign for receipt of the item(s).

Standard Delivery – £6.50
Provided items are in stock they will be shipped within 7 days.

Next Day Delivery – £10
Provided items are in stock, they will be delivered next working day. Orders must be placed before midday Mon-Fri for next working day delivery.

Delivery Restrictions
Weekend Delivery- we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
Highlands & Islands – we deliver to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland, however geographical location and carrier availability may restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
In the event that we are unable to meet estimated dispatch dates, we will notify you by email.

Collection at the Club
If you have chosen to collect your order from the club, this will be ready for collection after 2pm on the day following receipt of your Confirmation email. Please request your items at Grace Belgravia Reception, 11C West Halkin St, London, SW1X 8JL.

If you fail to collect your order within fourteen days of your order confirmation, your order may no longer be available for collection. For some items (for example food or other perishables), this period may be shorter. If you fail to collect your order within this period without notifying
us in writing that you wish to cancel the order and request a refund, you will still be charged.

Event tickets are sent via email. Please retain your email receipt as proof of purchase and confirmation of your booking. You will be required to present this upon arrival at the event. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours or before the event please contact the club.

Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your items, please contact our team within 14 days of receipt and we will help you in any way that we can.
You have 14 days to return your item(s) to ensure a full refund of the purchase price and standard delivery charge. Where discounts have been applied at purchase, you will be refunded the amount paid.

Any unwanted item, unless faulty, must be returned, undamaged and unused, in a re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels. We will not be able to refund or exchange any items that are not returned as new. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return.

We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible once we have received your parcel and in any event within 14 days of receiving your products back by post, or receiving proof from you that your products were returned to us. To return your order please contact our Reception team on  020 7235 8900 to organise the correct return method for your unwanted goods.

Refunds or exchanges requested after 14 days from receipt of your product(s) will be issued at our discretion. You must provide notice in writing within a reasonable period if the items are defective or do not comply with their description.
We must be given a reasonable opportunity of examining such items; and you (if asked to do so by us) are required to return such items at your cost.
We shall, at our option, repair or replace the defective items, or refund the price of the defective items.
Non-Returnable Items
In some instances we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Event tickets;
  • E-vouchers and gift cards;
  • Spa Packages;
  • Perishable items; including Grace to Go and food deliveries made to order
  • Products such as spa products and supplements which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged.

None of these terms are intended to diminish or restrict your legal rights under applicable consumer laws.


We shall not be liable for defective items or their failure to comply with descriptions in any of the following events:

  • You make any further use of such items after giving notice of defect or fault;
  • The defect arises because you failed to follow instructions as to the storage, use and/or maintenance of the products or (if there are none) good practice regarding the same;
  • You alter or repair such products in any way, without our written consent;
  • The defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal storage or working conditions;
  • The items differ from their description as a result of changes made to ensure they comply with applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.
