HORMONE NUTRITION

Nutritional therapy can play a supportive role in hormone and female cycle balancing at all life stages – from your early twenties through into your 50’s and beyond.

This is to support unwanted symptoms (physical and emotional e.g PMT/PMS) associated with hormonal fluctuations – often synonymous with specific life stages such as fertility, post-natal and into peri menopause or menopause. You may also wish to support conditions or situations such as PCOS, endometriosis, difficulty conceiving, pelvic inflammation or bladder issues by reassessing your approach to nutrition.

Hormone support through nutritional therapy also examines the health of the adrenal glands and thyroid. This is essential when looking to support symptoms of stress, fatigue and feeling run down.

Our team of Grace nutritional therapists can put together a bespoke plan to include dietary changes, supplements and nutritional testing where required.

    LISA KERR

    Registered Nutritional Therapist

Lisa qualified at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and is a registered member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Lisa Kerr is the Wild Clinic’s London based Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath.  She specialises in women’s health, spending a large part of her practice working with Interstitial cystitis (IC), Painful Bladder Syndrome (PBS) and chronic urinary tract infections.  Lisa also has a comprehensive understanding of digestive health, hormonal imbalances and stress management support.

During a consultation Lisa will take an in-depth case history and, where needed, will use advanced functional medicine testing to unravel the complex picture that has often developed after years of ill health.

Her enthusiasm towards the health benefits of nutrition and supportive lifestyle practises is contagious and she uses this to educate and encourage people to take an active role in maintaining and improving their health.

As well as one to one consultations she runs workshops and talks for the general public, Grace Belgravia and corporate clients, including specialised talks to sufferers of IC and PBS. She continues to research and write articles in this field.
