On arrival to Grace Medical you will be welcomed by our dedicated Medical Spa attendant and checked in for your appointment. New patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointments as they will be asked to complete a Medical Registration Form. Patients are able to wait for their appointment in one of two comfortable lounge areas and will be offered complimentary water. Other hot and cold beverages including fresh juices and smoothies are available to purchase on request.

At the time of appointment booking, all efforts will be made to ensure patients are aware of the expected cost of services. In some instances, additional laboratory tests will be recommended by practitioners during the consultation. The expected treatment costs will be discussed and agreed with patients before being undertaken.
