Samson Garwood

Fully qualified Personal Trainer with a positive friendly passion for Health and Fitness. Initially a competitive long distance runner and triathlete, moving towards obstacle designed races to running park fitness bootcamps. He believes exercise should be fun but disciplined!

    Emma Scott

    Emma has a background in dance and has launched "Raise the Barre" a ballet based workout since arriving at Grace. Emma has run two marathons, and loves to write bespoke running programmes for clients. Her other fitness qualifications include Weight Management, High Intensity Training, Pre and Post Natal exercise, Core Stability, Personal Training and Yoga which she studied in India. Her individual sessions will always be tailored to you and specific to your goals, taking into account contrasting body types and genetics. Whether you are looking for a healthier lifestyle, weight loss and endurance or just a little relaxation, she has a wealth of experience to share with you!

      holds a first class honours degree in Sports Science and has also worked as a sports scientist and conditioning coach at a well-known professional football club.

        Jason Reynolds

        is a degree qualified (sports science) Personal Trainer with a background in movement biomechanics and reformer Pilates.Jason is a master REHAB trainer and has worked with some of London’s leading physiotherapists, linking physiotherapy/osteopathy with the return to exercise.

          Daniel Burke

          has played professional rugby, is a qualified Pilates instructor, has a degree in Sports Conditioning, a REHAB accreditation and further qualifications in movement and postural analysis.

            Melinda Theore

            has a background in dance, is a certified Punchfit, Kickpad and Boxing Instructor and focuses on strengthening, cardio training and weight loss. Melinda has a Certificate of Nutrition and is passionate about educating clients on overall wellbeing


              Aside from our in-house personal trainers, we offer a variety of other ways of burning up the calories, toning up the body and above all relaxing the mind, such as Dance Burn with Fabrizio, Paola’s Bodybarre, Dance with Jo and Ballerina Bootcamp.
              For Yoga aficionados there is a variety of Yoga disciplines, ranging from dynamic Vinyasa Flow to heart opening, meditative and restorative classes and workshops.
